• Explanation of the material used in the session (difference between irons, woods and putter)
• Heating

Long game

• Aligning the face of the club for a correct impact.
• Grip (position of the hands with respect to the club and face thereof)
• Body positioning (angles and weights, as well as alignment with respect to the objective)
• Explanation of the technique of swing with medium irons (7,8,9 …)
• Striking of balls with medium irons and correction of most common errors (slice, hook, topazos …).

Short game

• Placement and alignment of the face of the putter with respect to the hole
• Putter grip
• Explanation of the putter swing (special attention to the work of shoulders and hands)
• Ball hits to the hole and correction of most common mistakes (wrist, alignment and strength).
• Mini simulated championship, 9 holes in putting green.

We have 2 different options:

1. Price € 25 per person: The duration is 1 hour and does NOT include the mini championship in the Putting Green.
2. Price € 40 per person: The duration is 2 hours, the explanations and practices in the Range are more extensive and includes the mini championship in the Putting Green.

Introducción

• Presentación de los Profesionales del Club y traslado de los alumnos a la zona de prácticas (Driving Range)
• Introducción al mundo del golf (pequeña explicación de los motivos del juego, así como las reglas de etiqueta más importantes)
• Explicación del material utilizado en la sesión (diferencia entre hierros, maderas y putter)
• Calentamiento.

Juego largo

• Colocación alineación de la cara del palo para un impacto correcto.
• Grip (posición de las manos respecto al palo y cara del mismo)
• Colocación del cuerpo (ángulos y pesos, así como la alineación con respecto al objetivo)
• Explicación de la Técnica de swing con hierros medios (7,8,9…)
• Golpeo de bolas con hierros medios y corrección de errores más comunes (slice, hook, topazos…).

Juego corto

• Colocación y alineación de la cara del putter respecto al hoyo
• Grip de putter
• Explicación del swing de putter (especial atención al trabajo de hombros y manos)
• Golpes de bolas hacia el hoyo y corrección de errores más comunes (muñequeo, alineación y fuerza).
• Mini campeonato simulado, recorrido de 9 hoyos pares 2 en putting green.

Precio por persona:

1. 25€ por persona: Duración 1 hora, NO incluye el mini campeonato
2. 40€ por persona: Duración 2 horas, las explicaciones y prácticas serán más extensas y SI incluye el mini campeonato.
